Shipping policy
All orders will be processed within 2 weeks. If we are experiencing delays due to high volume, there may be additional days in transit for the delivery. We will contact you via email if this occurs.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. The confirmation will contain your tracking number(s) which will be active within 24-48 hours of the shipping label being generated.
If your order was damaged or loss during shipment, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. For the claim process, keep all packaging material and damaged goods related to your claim. Ollie & Me is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
